Commercial Contracts
Commercial contracts work best when they reflect how your business actually buys, sells, delivers, and gets paid. I have spent much of my in-house career working directly with procurement, operations, logistics, sales, accounting, engineering, and executive teams to get contracts completed without losing sight of the business reason for the deal.
That experience includes procurement contracts for an international mining company, supply-chain and fulfillment agreements for consumer products and ecommerce companies, technology and services agreements, and contract templates for companies that needed faster and more consistent review. I can help you handle one important agreement, or I can help you create forms, playbooks, and processes so the next agreement is easier.
Here are some examples of commercial contracts I could draft, review, revise, and/or negotiate for you:
Procurement agreements for products, services, and/or equipment.
Intellectual property assignments and/or licenses
Commercial and residential leases
Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and related schedules and attachments including:
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Purchase Orders (POs)
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Joint Venture and Strategic Partnership Agreements, including:
Cross-promotion and joint marketing agreements
Joint development agreements
Channel partner and affiliate agreements.
These are just a few examples of the types of commercial contracts I’ve handled; I can handle other types not on this list. I can also draft a contract from scratch if you are making a deal with unique points you need to reduce to writing. Please contact me with your contracting needs, and if it is not in my wheelhouse, I refer you to another attorney who can help you.
